 While Ward
and June are not nesting this year, they remain active in the area and make frequent
visits to check out the nest box. They are also allowing some close relatives to share
their territory. The identity of their guests and the nature of their stay should become
apparent as the year progresses. The links on this page will provide status reports and
photographs of the owls and some of their more interesting neighbors. It will also
follow the progress of a pair of Cooper's Hawks that are nesting in Ward and June's
territory. Links followed by "H" provide status information on the hawks. The
