Camera Questions
Will I Still Be Able To Use Owlcam Camera(s) After May 30th, 2025?
Unfortunately, no, after May 30th, 2025, your Owlcam and associated mobile application will no longer be operational. User credentials for cloud services and active SIMs for cellular connectivity will also be disabled.
What Will Happen To The Event Footage Stored From My Camera?
After May 30, 2025, you will no longer have access to your camera's footage, so please take action to preserve any videos you wish to keep. We recommend downloading any important event footage stored in the cloud to your mobile device via the Owlcam app before May 30th, 2025.
Can I Use My Owlcam With A Different Mobile Application?
While consumer Owlcam services through CallPass are ending, small business owners and sole proprietors may elect to continue using their devices by transitioning their Owlcams to CallPass’ LANA Fleet commercial dashcam application. The camera functionality, portal, mobile application and pricing models are tailored for the requirements of commercial fleets and will differ from the Owlcam consumer offering; however, Owlcam cameras are compatible with LANA Fleet. CallPass’ exit from the consumer dashcam market will not impact its commercial fleet business, and CallPass will continue to operate its LANA Fleet commercial dashcam application for business fleets.

Membership Subscription Questions
I Have An Active Monthly Membership. What Happens Now?
Your monthly membership with CallPass LLC will conclude on May 30th, 2025. There will be no additional charges to your card from CallPass LLC after this date.
I Have An Active Annual Membership. What Happens Now? Will I Be Refunded For Service Not Yet Used?
Your annual membership will conclude on May 30th, 2025. CallPass is committed to fair treatment of our valued customers, and we will process a prorated refund for any unused service time remaining on your annual membership to the payment card we have on file. Your refund will be issued during the month of May. There will be no additional charges to your card from CallPass LLC after this date.
Can I Transfer My Membership To Someone Else?
Unfortunately, no, subscription transfers are not available.
When Will The Last Billing Of My Membership Occur?
Your final membership charge will be processed in April 2025 in accordance with CallPass LLC’s customary billing practices. You should not expect to see any further charges from CallPass LLC. If you have any questions about your billing, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Mobile Application Questions
How Long Will I Be Able To Access My Mobile App And Saved Cloud Footage?
Effective May 30, 2025, you will no longer have access to the Owlcam mobile application or any of your saved cloud footage. We recommend downloading any important event footage from the cloud to your mobile device via the Owlcam app before May 30th, 2025.
Warranty & Refund Questions
My Camera Was Sent In To Be Fixed Via RMA. What Now?
Any cameras currently being serviced through our RMA process will be returned to you. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange to have them properly disposed of. Please let our support team know your preference before May 30th, 2025.
Can I Return My Camera To Owlcam?
Unfortunately, we will not be accepting any returns for Owlcam cameras or Owlcam accessories. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If I Am Entitled to a Refund, When And How Will I Receive It?
All applicable refunds for unused subscription time will be processed during May 2025. The refund will be credited to the original payment method we have on file. Depending on your bank's processing times, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Misc Questions
Will There Be A New Reseller Of Owlcam Cameras In The Future?
CallPass is not aware of any other resellers of consumer Owlcam cameras at this time.
Will The Owlcam.com Website Stay Live?
The Owlcam.com website will remain accessible until May 30th, 2025, allowing you to log into your account, download any data you wish to preserve, and manage your settings during this transition period. After this date, the website will no longer be available for access. We recommend downloading any important event footage from the cloud to your mobile device via the Owlcam app before May 30th, 2025.
