Returns & Refund Policy

Owlcam’s sold by CallPass have a 30-day return policy from the time the order is placed. New Owlcam purchases have a one (1) year manufacturer warranty.

  • In warranty, RMA’s will be handled according to the warranty process.
  • Out-of-warranty RMA’s will be evaluated.
    • If repairable by CallPass, the camera will be repaired at no cost.
      • The customer pays for return shipping.
    • If non-reparable.
      • The customer has the option to pay for return shipping or have the item discarded.
  • If the customer does not respond  to an RMA  request within 90 days to the results of the camera,  on whether they would like the camera returned or discarded — the camera will be discarded by CallPass

LIMITED WARRANTY: CallPass warrants to the original purchaser within the United States, Canada, and Porto Rico that, for one (1) year from the date of purchase, Cameras purchased from CallPass authorized sellers will be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use, and will conform to CallPass’s applicable specifications. All cameras must be installed according to CallPass’s specifications and any instructions provided.

Unauthorized or improper installation voids CallPass’s limited warranty.

This limited warranty does not include repair or refund to any surface damage, which, in the sole judgment of CallPass, resulted from accident, misuse, abuse, or non-CallPass modification to the Camera. Return of the repaired camera does not include insurance, postage, shipping, handling, or applicable customs and duties, all of which shall be the Client’s sole responsibility. This warranty is not transferable. CallPass’s liability, and your exclusive remedy for breach of warranty, is limited to repair or replacement as provided above. This express warranty is contingent upon the proper use of the Camera following all CallPass specifications and instructions. The warranty does not apply to Cameras that have been tampered with or altered mechanically or electronically in any way.

The customer must contact CallPass for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any Camera to CallPass for warranty service. Any Camera received without an RMA number may be returned to the sender by CallPass without repairs.

In the event of a refund request, the camera must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • In the event the original packaging or accessories are missing, CallPass reserves the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee from the final refund amount.

Certified Refurbished Products Policy

By purchasing a certified refurbished, open box and AS-IS Owlcam Dashcam of any model you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • A Certified Refurbished Owlcam is refurbished, tested, and certified to look and work like new
  • It can consist of any of the following:
    • A brand-new item that has been returned by a consumer who never used the product
    • A used item that has been repaired and reconditioned by Owlcam
    • A new item that has damaged packaging
    • A used item that has been repackaged in a generic non-branded box
  • All Refurbished and Open Box Owlcam dashcams include:
    • The power cable,
    • Beam Mount Kit,
    • Suction Cup and
    • Installation Instructions
  • All Refurbished and Open Box Owlcam dash cams are sold AS-IS.
  • All Refurbished and Open-Box Owlcam dash cams have a 30-day return policy and warranty period, which is subject to our 25% restocking fee.

Stolen Camera Replacement Policy

CallPass provides the replacement of stolen Owlcam unit(s) as a courtesy service. However, CallPass reserves the right to deny this service at any time due to suspected fraud, malfeasance, or any other cause.

Notifications of device theft must be received within 25 days of the date the theft occurred. Honoring the stolen item replacement policy 25 days after the theft of the Owlcam device is solely at the discretion of CallPass.

Replacement devices offered under this policy are offered on a “like-for-like” basis. The replacement device will be the same make and model as the original stolen device – if the device is no longer in stock we will not be able to honor this policy.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders received before 3:00 PM ET will be shipped the same day via the shipping method that the customer has selected.
  • Orders received after 3:00PM ET will be shipped the following business day.
