SPOKANE, Wash. — Days after a kxly4 report shows him breaking into a car, Spokane Police arrested 26-year-old Jeramy Allen on two counts of second-degree vehicle prowling.
Allen was taken into custody in downtown Spokane Tuesday after officers investigated reports of vehicle prowling in the area of Wall St. and Riverside Ave.
Last week, a car-prowling victim from the South Perry neighborhood sent video to kxly recorded from the Owl Car Cam inside of their car. The video shows clear footage of Allen sitting in the car’s passenger seat, checking the center console and other compartments before leaving the car.
